Services

GW Aviation, Inc. is the full-service fixed-based operator (FBO) on the field. They provide fuel sales, aircraft rental, flight instruction, airframe and engine maintenance, parking and hangaring for your aircraft, catering, complementary ice, and Enterprise rental cars. Customers can contact GWA for charter referrals to the destination of your choice.  GW also has aircraft parts and pilot supplies.

 

During your stay in the Dayton area, several hotels will provide discounts for customers flying in to the Greene County Lewis A. Jackson Airport. Most are located near Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and Wright State University.

Wings-On-Wheels provides ground school instruction for all ratings. Classes conducted in our classroom or at remote locations. One on one instruction can also be provided.

   

The Greene County Lewis A. Jackson Airport is the closest public IFR airport to the United States Air Force Museum, which is located at the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton (approximately 20 minutes away).

Ample space is available for parking up to 60 transient aircraft during fly-ins in addition to the 68 based aircraft on the field, making i19 a great place for a club fly-in. We can arrange for round trip ground transportation to the museum for all your passengers.
